A specialized leadership development ministry of Evangelical Baptist Missions

TRI-M is an international church leadership training program, it stands for Mobile Modular Ministry. It is a portable theological training program that takes theological education to isolated third world areas and presents the training to ministry-minded students in their local community. TRI-M is a national church initiated and a peer to peer ministry where the TRI-M team teaches students the sound doctrine of Scripture through the grid of their ministry experience with care given not to import American culture. Each of the students receive a detailed syllabus translated into the local dialect and the class instruction is orally translated.

Rich and Richelle have served as a pastor and wife team at Village Baptist church since 1988. During their 21 years of ministry at the church they have watched God work though the gospel preached as the church grew from a new church plant to a fully fledged local church with international ministry. They have participated in numerous short-term mission trips, most notably during the past four years with repeated trips into Rwanda and the D.R. Congo where they participated as TRI-M adjunct teachers training pastors and their wives. It was during these trips that God directed their ministry focus toward cross cultural pastoral training ministry.
